Flame retardant chemical protective clothing that blocks harmful gases with a built in ar respirator and protects the body from harmful substances.
Main Specification
- Protective clothing should be integrated with the upper and lower hoods and include front windows, boots, glove zippers and seams.
- The fabric of the protective clothing should have the same top and bottom, and it should have a structure in which flame-retardant rubber is coated on the outer surface using PBI (polybenzimidisol) or PBO (polybenzoxazole) .
- The zipper is a structure that can prevent the inflow of harmful substances and heat, and must have an adhesive tape-type zipper cover, and the zipper must be made of metal and open and close in the upper and lower directions.
- The face window should have a structure that can withstand harmful chemicals, flame retardance and heat resistance, so that it should be able to secure a wide field of view, and should have a function to prevent frost.
- The glove is a triple structure, the innermost layer should be a multilayer film, the middle layer should be in the form of a rubber glove, and the outer layer should be made of aramid fiber or equivalent or higher.
- Boots should be fastened with a fixing ring made of chemical, flame-retardant and heat-resistant materials, and have a structure that can be easily worn.
- The exhaust valve assembly should automatically exhaust air to maintain the internal pressure of the extinguisher and should be covered with the same material as the fabric layer.
- The air inflow device should be installed in conjunction with the air respirator in order to minimize heat stress inside the extinguishing suit, and a medium pressure hose that can be installed with the air respirator should be provided.
- The total weight of the protective clothing should be less than 10kg based on XXL
- Must be certified by the Korea Institute of Fire Industry and Technology (KFI)
